彩石金屬瓦的結(jié)構(gòu)
鍍鋁鋅鋼板是由55%鋁，43.4%鋅和1.6%硅組成的電鍍液經(jīng)電鍍而成的，其加工性、涂裝性與鍍鋅鋼板基本相同。
鍍鋁鋅上面為耐指紋涂層，耐指紋涂層起到保護(hù)鍍鋁鋅層的作用，同時耐指紋涂層能使鍍鋁鋅鋼板與彩色砂粒進(jìn)行更好粘結(jié)，耐指紋涂層的顏色分為無色透明和淡綠色。

彩石金屬瓦的工藝
彩色砂粒是圓孤瓦的裝飾層及基層保護(hù)層，它是由一定粒徑的玄武巖顆粒經(jīng)高科技著色工藝和高溫?zé)Y(jié)而成的。具有十多種顏色，可耐紫外線照射，能降低雨水給金屬瓦造成的噪音。
丙烯酸樹脂為粘合鋼板與彩砂的關(guān)鍵材料，同時也作為采砂表面的保護(hù)層，防止細(xì)部雨水滲漏，能延長砂粒色彩的壽命。
